Why I Built PayToCommit
I'm Bobby Zapp. I've been passionate about health and fitness for 30-plus years.
It's not just a hobby for me. It's a lifestyle. For as long as I can remember, I have been dedicated to learning how to stay healthy and fit.
I've spent three decades studying what actually works for myself when it comes to health, fitness, nutrition, yoga, energy healing, weight loss, self-discipline, accountability, and personal transformation. So, I emphasize again, this has never been just a hobby to me. I apply what I learn.
I continue to study every aspect of health, apply it, test it, and use it in my own life every day.
One of my solutions for consistently staying healthy and applying what I learn was creating the PassiveWorkout System for myself. I wanted a practical way to stay active as I got older. I knew as I got older that going to the gym to work out would be part of my routine, but I also wanted to add movement, exercise, and healthy habits into my daily life. That's why I came up with the idea of working out throughout the day “passively, in little ways.”

After 30-plus years of studying how to stay healthy, here is what I've learned: most people already know what to do. They know they should eat better. They know they should move more. They know they should drink more water. They know they should stop eating so much processed food and junk food. They know they should take better care of themselves.
The problem is not always lack of information. The problem is action. More specifically, the problem is the moment when action is required.
For example, it's 9:47 PM on a Tuesday night when motivation is gone, the day was hard, the kids are asleep, and the freezer is right there. The moment when “I'll start Monday” sounds reasonable. The moment when you already know what you should do, but there is nothing real on the line forcing you to follow through.
